We offer technical support (i.e., troubleshooting, network support, hardware failures, and reboots) for Windows, Linux, and Free BSD operating systems. All servers have the capability of either remote desktop connection or putty connection depending on which OS is applicable.
Basic support is free of charge and available 24/7 via phone, e-mail and a comprehensive library of documentation, known as the Knowledge Base. Our higher-level technicians are here 6am-11pm for more complicated inquiries.
We also offer advanced technical support services for particularly complex operations at $150/hr. Such work includes (but is not limited to):
