We keep your server up and running or your money back!*

Aplus.Net guarantees that if your dedicated server is ever down for more than one hour due to our failure we will refund up to 100% of your next month’s bill.

Hardware

We guarantee that we will replace any failed hardware within one hour. If we take longer you will receive 5% off your next month’s bill (up to 100%) for every additional hour of downtime caused by a failure of our hardware.

Power and HVAC availability

We guarantee that our power and HVAC systems will be available and functioning 100% of the time with the exception of scheduled maintenance (generally, maintenance occurs approximately 4 times per year, and lasts an average of 2 hours) and maintenance you request. You will receive 5% off your next month’s bill (up to 100%) for every hour of downtime caused by a failure of our HVAC or power systems.

Network uptime

Aplus.Net's uptime guarantee means that you can depend on our connection to the Internet. We make sure everything is top-notch — all cables, routers, power systems, etc., we own are carefully selected to maximum uptime. You will receive 5% off your next month’s bill (up to 100%) for every hour of downtime caused by a failure of our network system.
